According to Spamhaus, the spammer is Alex Polyakov, from the Ukraine.

After much packeting, Polyakov has apparently disabled his automatic IP
address blocker... probably because he was needlessly blocking millions
of IP addresses. He still appears to be manually blocking IP addresses
(although he may have just blocked mine because I've been so brutal to
his sites).

He's still blocking by Referer, so you'll have to strip out the Referer or save
the SpamVampire code to your computer and run it from there.
