currently ships orders to the 48 contiguous US states, Alaska, California and
Hawaii. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses or Puerto Rico.
Most of our orders ship via UPS from our fulfillment center.
Non-Perishable Product Shipping
Orders for
non-perishable products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, at the
sole discretion of
eat@home.com,
within five business days, unless otherwise noted. From time to time, delays may
result due to weather, product availability, or other conditions, and we will do
our best to inform you of any delays in the shipping of your order.
Perishable/Special Shipping Requirements
Because certain
products sold by
eat@home.com
are highly perishable, our shipping policy is different from those used with
non-perishable grocery orders. Perishable products must be shipped via UPS
Second Day Air. Perishable items are shipped in special packaging to keep
them cold, but they should be refrigerated as soon as they are received. Please
be sure that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery.
The cost for this service is outlined in the shipping rate table below.
Shipment of perishable product orders takes place each Wednesday for delivery on
Friday (for delivery by 3PM local time to most areas; by 5PM to outlying areas).
From time to time, delays may result due to weather, product availability, or
other conditions, and we will do our best to inform you of any delays in the
shipping of your order.
Combined
Perishable & Non-Perishable Orders
If you order
both perishable and non-perishable products you will be billed only one
(perishable) handling charge. We reserve the right to ship the perishable and
non-perishable products separately.

Special Handling Fee of $5.00 is charged.

Shipping from California
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from Russia. We
will do our best to inform you of any delays due to circumstances beyond our
control. In some instances it is possible to secure shipping from the US. If
that is the case, you will be advised accordingly. Many products offered in
this section are exclusive and, as a result, limited in quantity.
