Andada House is a large single family 2-Story Home. The location of the vacation home is southeast of Las Vegas. It is in a safe, quiet residential area with lots of parking and only 10 min. from the strip, 7 min. to the airport. Easy access to the freeway and all the major attractions. Let the serenity and comfort of Andada House be your, "Home away from Home."

This vacation home will make your Las Vegas holiday memorable for you and your family or friends. Starting with a 45" Big Screen TV with full cable. Also, an 8-ft. regulation pool table, foosball table, DVD player, VCR player and a massage chair. Relax in the inviting grassy backyard with a BBQ Grill, lovely patio furniture, and a sparkling pool for you to take a dip into, or enjoy the jacuzzi after a day on the strip.

Andada House is close to several renowned golf courses, tennis courts and a New Shopping Center that is walking distance. If you need to touch base with your office or family/friends a fax machine and desk is up stairs for your use. Check in is effortless with the keyless entry. This is a Four Bedroom Home, 2439 square foot with two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. We have tried to supply you with everything that you will need to have a stress-free vacation. Comfortably set up for 8 to 10 guests with a fully stocked kitchen and all towels plus linens for your use. An oversized Executive Master Bedroom with vaulted ceilings has a California King Bed and also a Queen Bed, 19" VCR/TV w/cable, walk in closet, balcony with patio set and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath for that special person to relax in after a day on the strip. Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed, 19" VCR/TV w/cable. Third Bedroom has a trundle bed that makes into Two Twin Beds and a foosball table for you to play on.

Fourth Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Bedrooms have city and mountain views.Andada House has a sparkling private pool in the back yard, which is perfect for swimming in May through September. The spa can be heated by the guests and is already included in the rate. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa.
