We would like everyone to remember Brother Archie.Archie is our pastors husband. He has been feeling bad lately. Losing weight and feeling really tired. Lets remember to hold him in our prayers. We also need to remember Pastor Lorraine.She needs our prayers right now also.We know that God will give her the strength she needs to get through. I would like everyone to remember my mom. The past few months have been very trying for her.She needs our prayers to help see her through. Recently my 7 year old neice was beaten with a belt by her ex step-dad. I know he left bruises on her back and bottom, and I'm not sure if there were more because I didn't get to see it. Please pray that she is not scarred for life and that God is by her side. My sister just called me and told me about how her husband's family believes his sister's 4 children are being sexually molested. The things she told me are very sad and I don't want to go into much detail. However, from what my sister has told me in the past, there is no doubt they are emotionally and mentally abused. The five year old boy can't even speak yet, and I believe he is also the one who sits in the corner alot of the time rocking himself. My sister says the other day some of her husband's family went out to eat and the 3 year old girl was being a little loud (as all children are!). The father whispered something in her ear and her face turned bright red, she froze, and crawled under the table and cried the entire time. AND, during the school year, the 6-7 year old boy walked a MILE by himself so that he could go to school one day. His mother was working and his father refused to wake up. This poor child wanted to get away from home so bad that he walked an entire mile all alone .She also says the eldest daughter is afraid to sleep at night because of all the rats in the house. Their house is so dirty with food all over the floor. My sister saw one of the children pick up an old, hard hot dog to eat one time. My sister and her husband's family are going to take action now. Please pray that God is with my sister and her husband's family. They will need His guidance. And, most definitely please pray for these precious children. They will need our love and God's love to get through this horrible time. Thank you so much, Carmen, and the rest of the Church. ~ Amy About a week ago Hubby rushed me the emergency room at the hospital. I knew I had not had a heart attack yet but it was getting worse. I went all numb, like I was having some sort of out of the body experience. LOL. I also could not breath. Blood pressure I couldn't get under control. I thought they would send me on back home. Well they didn't. They kept me and put me in ICU. So I am fixing to have a bunch of test with a pulmonary doctor and a cardiac doctor. I've had trouble for the last 2 days keeping my blood pressure down again and this is with all the meds they gave. I hate to ask everyone but I sure could use the prayer support about now.
