These cookies taste VERY similar to the Girl Scout Tagalongs. They're made with Ritz Crackers. Can you believe it? They're yummy. And very easy to make.
1 box of Ritz Crackers
some peanut butter
1 package of chocolate flavor candy coating
Make some peanut butter sandwiches out of the peanut butter and Ritz - a thin layer of pb will do.
Microwave two chunks of the chocolate for about a minute. Stir until all melted and smooth. Microwave again in 15 second intervals if needed. Dip a sandwich into the chocolate and turn it all around with a spoon until nicely coated. Place on wax paper to cool and harden.
Makes as many as you want!
