This recipe is for one serving, just so you know...
1 6oz chicken breast cut into cubes
5 green onions, thinly sliced
4 ounces non-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon flour
˝ teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces egg noodles
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside
Spray skillet with Pam. Sauté onion and mushrooms until tender.
Add chicken cubes and cook until no longer pink.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, flour, paprika, and salt. Stir into chicken. Cook until thickened.
Serve over noodles.
Makes 1 serving.
