This is really good with cool whip!
½ cup regular oatmeal
1 cup water
¼ cup pumpkin
cool whip, optional
Cook oatmeal according to package directions. When oatmeal is cooked through, add pumpkin and heat through. Stir in cinnamon and splenda to taste. If desired, top with cool whip.
Makes 1 serving at 2 points (if using fake sugar and fat free cool whip).
