Another recipe stolen from Weight Watchers... Broiling the marshmallows and using fudge from a jar make these easy to make in no time at all!
2 large marshmallows
4 average graham crackers
2 teaspoons fat-free hot fudge, at room temperature
Set marshmallows on tin foil and broil until hot and beginning to brown (will expand).
Place each marshmallow on a graham cracker square and cover with one teaspoon fudge sauce. Top with another graham cracker square and press together.
Makes 2 s'mores at 2 points each.
