This is simple enough. And sometimes cooking should be!
4 skinned chicken breast halves
1 large onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons pepper
10 cloves garlic (about 1 medium), un-peeled
Place sliced onion in a slow cooker or crock pot. Place chicken on top of onion and sprinkle with the spices. Place garlic on the chicken. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or until juices run clear.
Serves four at 3 points each.
