Flaxseed Muffins

Did you know that flaxseed is really good for you?!
These muffins are pretty good. I think they'd be better smothered in pumpkin butter, but what wouldn't be better smothered in pumpkin butter?!!!!

1 cup whole wheat flour
cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup brown sugar
tablespoon baking powder
teaspoon nutmeg
teaspoon cinnamon
1 cups milk

Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix everything together.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Makes 10 muffins at 2 points each
(maybe it was suppose to make 12, but I only filled 10 and they came out regular-sized).
