Here's another Top Secret Recipe!
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
3 tablespoons diced jalapenos
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ cup thinly sliced Spanish onions
Combine tomatoes, jalapenos, vinegar, salt, and cumin in food processor. Process until tomatoes have been nearly pureed yet still chunky. The jalapenos should be chopped into visible bits.
Pour mixture into bowl and add sliced onion. Stir well. Cover and chill overnight for flavors to blend.
Makes 1 ½ cups.
