Chili Mac


This is a good, quick, low points lunch or dinner recipe. You probably already have all of the ingredients in your pantry!


2 ½ cups uncooked, wheat elbow macaroni
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 oz) yellow corn, no salt added, rinsed and drained
1 package chili seasoning mix

Cook pasta; drain.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat. Add cooked pasta and heat through, top with cheese if desired.
Makes 5 servings at 5 points each (without cheese).
