This is Bisquick's standard recipe for chicken pot pie. It's good. This is the slimmed down version.
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed fat-free cream of chicken soup
1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick® mix
½ cup fat-free milk
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix chicken, vegetables and soup and pour in an ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour on top of casserole.
Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
