This chili is super easy to make. If you'd rather add your own onions and garlic, by all means, go ahead.
And if you don't like corn in your chili, then don't put it in.
3 boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
1 pkg chili seasoning mix
1 can (15oz) corn, undrained
1 can (15oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Combine the chicken, tomatoes, and seasoning mix in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until chicken is done, about 5 minutes.
Add corn and beans; simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 4 servings.
