If you want these a little less spicy, reduce the cayenne pepper to 1/8 teaspoon.
1 tablespoon flour
¾ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½ inch strips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add chicken half at a time and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, cook the coated chicken in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
