Yummy Banana Bran Muffins

These muffins are good. You can also toss in some blueberries instead of one of the bananas.
They freeze well!

2 medium ripe bananas
2 cups all bran
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
cup eggbeaters
1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar

In a medium bowl mash the banana; add the bran, milk, vanilla, and eggbeaters. Mix to combine.
In a small bowl mix the Bisquick, cinnamon, and brown sugar; add to the wet mixture, stir until just combined, do not over mix. Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill muffin cups.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. The muffins are soft when they come out of the oven but they firm up as they cool.
Makes 12 muffins at 1.5 points each.
