If you're using canned pineapple for these popsicles, you'll get even more juice using crushed rather than diced.
There are 8 points in the entire recipe, it depends on how many popsicle molds you fill, adjust the points accordingly!
2 cups apple juice
2 large bananas, peeled and diced
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 tablespoon honey
Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain into a 2 cup measuring cup, pressing on
remaining solids to extract all the liquid. Pour into 8 popsicle molds. Freeze until hard,
at least 5 hours or overnight.
Makes 8 popsicles at 1 point each.
