Crockpot Apple Pudding


Try this with cool whip!


Cooking spray
2 cups apples, peeled and finely chopped
¾ cup fat-free milk
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
2 eggs, beaten (or ½ cup eggbeaters)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped walnuts, optional

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a crock-pot coated with cooking spray.
Cover and cook on low 5 hours or until apples are tender. Do not open the lid while cooking!
Makes 6 servings at 4.5 points each (points calculated without walnuts).
