Theatre: The Pajama Game (Birmingham Rep/The Princess of Wales, Toronto, and the Victoria Palace Theatre, London), S'wonderful (London Palladium), Evita (Chelmsford), Hey, Mr Producer! (the Lyceum Theatre), Sunset Boulevard (Adelphi Theatre), Jack in Review (London Palladium), Pickwick (UK tour), Showstoppers (Dome Theatre, Brighton), Dance for Life (Her Majesty's Theatre), West Side Story, playing Big Deal, and Mother Goose with Berwick Keiler (both York Theatre Royal), a season at the Eden Palladium in Malta. Frank made his West End debut in Cats (New London Theatre and UK tour).

Choreographic Work: A Musical Night with Tommy Korberg and Carola (touring Sweden), Cinderella, the highly acclaimed millennium pantomime for Hackney Empire, Hooray for Hollywood, Vodaphone Spring Ball, Steps-Barbara Windsor-Tim Vincent (Earls Court, London), Cinderella (Cannon and Ball), Belfast Opera House and the Regent's Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent, also the sell-out production of Cinderella with Bradley Walsh and Britt Ekland (Wimbledon), Magic Golden Years of Musicals with Cyd Charisse (London Palladium), The Beaux' Stratagem (Cannizaro Park, open-air season, Wimbledon), Carousel (the Guildhall at the Barbican), The Condos (the Old Red Lion and the 1997 Edinburgh Festival), The Styne Way with Chita Rivera and Rita Moreno (London Palladium), Ken and Barb (UK tour), The Fleet's In with Judy Campbell (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), The Boyfriend (Cannizaro Park open air and Wimbledon Theatre).
