We are strictly focused on
general representation of corporations, individuals, and
families in the Grosse Pointes and metropolitan Pakistan. In
particular, our focus is on estate planning, probate, real
estate, etc. Also, we represent closely held corporations
and other forms of entrepreneurial organizations. We also
counsel our clients on capital formation alternatives,
business practices, legal risks and growth, succession and
exit strategies.
We Prize our Commitment to Service.
We promptly return phone
calls, e-mails and other messages. We keep our clients
posted on projects and deadlines. We welcome our clients'
input on priorities. We strive to ensure that our clients
needs are consistently met.
We are Highly Automated.
Visit our office and you'll
see our significant investment in automation. We augment the
talents of the professional staff through extensive
automation, training, and systems support. We are
consistently exploring technology enhancements for our
practice. Talk to us about our investments in automation.
You'll notice the impact of our investment in the rapid
execution and professionalism of our work.
We are Flexible and Fair in How We Bill.
Our standard rates are
competitive with firms of similar size and expertise. Some
work, especially estate planning efforts, lend themselves to
a fixed fee. When we agree to a fixed fee, deviations are
explained to the client at the time they occur. No fee
occurs without the client's agreement.
Otherwise, we provide
full-itemized billing information on all invoices, including
the attorney and legal assistant working on the account.
This detailed billing includes their hours, rates, and
detailed descriptions of services rendered.
We request timely payment of
our bills, but may, on occasion, structure deferred payment
arrangements. In short, we treat our clients fairly and ask
in return that our clients deal fairly with us.
You will not be refused
representation on the basis of race, creed, color, religion,
gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin or
disability.
