What's up ya'll. Here's the Low Down. We have a new guitarist, Greg Cheramie. Here's the Lowest it can go down. On Saturday, DEC 11 at CUCO'S(yes the mexican resturant), At 10 pm SUFFER, D.I.E, & 7PH SUMMER will be performing( at CUCO'S)at the Southland Mall in Houma, Louisiana.
THIS WILL BE D.I.E's LAST SHOW
. Scott Leger(vocals) has chosen to step away from music in order to concentrate all of his time & energy into his wife and children,(the most important things in his life, & his future). There are no hard feelings between band members or anything of the sort. It's a clean break & we (D.I.E) all have the same respect and brotherhood as before & will, here after. On behalf of D.I.E we thank all of our Families, fans & people who came out to support us. We thank all of the bands & different venues that we've had the honor of performing with and playing at. From mid 1999 to late 2004, it's been a blast. We've had our good times and bad(some more than others), but it will be a time that D.I.E could look back on and laugh about(even the infamous swan dive at Dixie Tavern)

D.I.E would first of all like to apologize to Dixie Tavern & to the bands who played, & to the people who went out to show their support. We weren't able to make it due to technical difficulties with our transportation. D.I.E again apologizes to everyone involved in the show. (PLEASE FORGIVE US) D.I.E would like to thank everyone who came out to support us for the show we had at the Cajun Pit Stop Saloon. It was a killer time. PARIAH(N.O.L.A) and APARTMENT 213(N.O.L.A) played killer sets. Them N.O.LA boys are brutal. Our next endevour will be to hopefully get approved to play a free all age show at the Oak Ridge Community Park in Golden Meadow. IF APPROVED, it will give D.I.E as well as other local talent a chance to perform for all of the younger crowd who do not get to see us in bars & clubs. We want the youth to have a good time also.

We're still looking for a band to play the costume show at the Cajun Pit Stop Saloon on OCT 30. IN OTHER NEWS, Scott(vocals/D.I.E) is talking to the officals of the Golden Meadow Town Hall, in order to have a show in the Golden Meadow park. No word has been given, it's just really begining, BUT it may happen sooner than people think.

Hopefully by the next update, D.I.E will have recorded a disc of six tracks. Titles are being worked on currently, and other graphics for the band also. Congratulations to Keith & Helen Kraemer on the birth of their daughter, Aurora Gail Kraemer at 5:15(central starndard). She finally(Helen Agrees...Keith too)came in to the world at 7lbs--6oz, & 18 inches long. A beautiful baby girl. All is good with the lil'one. ONTO THE BAND. Now with the hard part behind us, D.I.E will be concentrating on recording. We will be recorded by Tomas Viator(Disincarnate/SHRUM/Suffer) at a location that we don't even know about yet, but it's coming.....real soon. All I can say is it'll have 6 songs. After that (hopefully we'll find a guitarist in the process) we'll play shows.

First off, we would like to say congratulations to Scott & Angela Leger on the birth of their son Liam James. He came into this world on Friday, April 9, 2004 at 10:25am(central standard time). All is well currently with little Liam. Next in line is Keith & Helen Kraemer's baby. It's just a matter of time before their little one comes out. ONTO THE SHOW Saturday, 4-10-04 at the Cajun Pit Stop Saloon. Our friends from Shreveport, EXPLETIVE, broke down in Alexandria Louisiana, & were not able to make it to the show. Our friends from the bayou, AUDIO SEX DRIVE, & SHEOUS opened the show& filled the gap & kept the show going until DEATH INDUCED EUPHORIA hit the stage. Although the crowd was suprisingly small, all in attendance partied down. There were no out burst, public or private. What capped it off was Scott(vocals/D.I.E) getting everyone in the venue to chant "FUCK CRAIG WEBER"(sheriff of lafourche parish). It's public figures like him & others who think they know what is right for the youth, young adults, & adults of the Bayou Lafourche Area.!!!!WRONG!!! We know what's right, METAL MUSIC IN ANY FORM, LOCAL or INTERNATIONAL.....KEEP IT BRUTAL

The North West Florida Metal Fest was quite an experience. For starters, Scott(vocals)was poisoned by the scurge of the sea, Captin D's. On through the night, Ferle & baiN kept it together. During that time, Keith(bass) managed to get his ass drunker than fuck(sitting in front of his amp in Yoga Lotus position). AND THEN......What seemed like an eternity to Scott, D.I.E finished their brief set. The mic was shorting out on vocals, So we should sound like studdering death swamp grind, on the DVD of the show. The music was perfect in sound, except for that technical difficulty w/ the mic. We felt well received by Ft Walton Beach Florida, at the Point on Miracle strip, but it's not the same as it was when we played our first few shows there at THE DEN. Ft Walton is going all sophisticated on us. Some of the other bands that played were Minus Infinity, SkinKrawl, Feid, Sedative, Holding God Hostage, RotFest, & a good list of other bands. Now, it's back to the Cajun Pit Stop Saloon. Home Sweet Home. D.I.E will be sharing the bill with Shreveport Louisiana's EXPLETIVE. This band is fucking killer. Triple vocal assult accompanied by shredding guitar, killer beatings, & a thick sick Bass that promises to deliver the goods. The singer Chase....I'll let you all see what he's about for yourself. He's not what you expect. SO CUM TO THE SHOW DAMN IT

We'll be playing the Northwest Florida Metal fest on March 20 in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Our last show before we have our kids & write some more is April 10 @ the Cajun Pit Saloon. Shreveport, Lil' Joe's bar & grill. Two words....Fucking Brutal. There was a slight mix up at the begining of the show. Seasons of Pain had some difficulties & cancelled. Another of Shreveport's finest in metal, EXPLETIVE, came out & done the show in Seasons of Pain's place. I really didn't get to see the first band Sovern, except for the last few songs. They rocked. EXPLETIVE threw the fuck down. Those guys are sick. Triple vocal assult, great stage presance, & some cool motherfuckers to party with. Shreveport, Louisiana is a fucking killer area to play. Good people, good, good. D.I.E are now in the process of getting shirts & other paraphenillia made. An update will be posted when we have the merchandise in our hands. The show down on the bayou at the Cajun Pit Stop Saloon, was a fucking blast. D.I.E thanks everyone who attended, partied, & had a good ole time. To all of our family, & friends thank you. You made us feel welcomed in our home town(as opposed to the COYC pricks, in all of their righteousness to keep metal from the masses of southern bayou Lafourche & shut down a show for the word 'BRUTAL'.....oooooh). D.I.E will play home again before we need to go on hiadus. Now onto the next show, tonight in Shreveport La, w/ headliners Seasons of Pain at Lil Joe's Bar & Grill. Keep it Metal.

It's been pretty smooth the past few days. We have a small bit of shows booked, & to be confirmed. D.I.E will probably stop playing in mid-april or sooner, as Keith Kraemer(bass) & Scott Leger's(vocals)wives are due to give birth around then(actual due dates are at the begining & end of May). This will put D.I.E on hold for a while. This will give us a chance to write new material & spend time with our families, AND THEN, BACK TO PLAYING LIVE(with more new material). We shouldn't be out of the loop long. NEVER PANIC!!!!

I hope it makes the Lafourche Gazzette(HINT, FUCKING HINT) I HOPE IT INSPIRES OTHER PLACES IN THE SOUTH LAFOURCHE AND SURROUNDING PARISHES TO EASE THE FUCK UP & LET THE KIDS HAVE AN ALL AGE SHOW. IT'S MUSIC BEING MADE BY NATIVES OF THESE PARISHES THAT GIVES A LITTLE PUBLICITY TO THE AREAS WHICH THEY ARE FROM. THEY(particularly the "ELDERS" who don't want anything fun for the kids of South Lafourche) DO NOT WANT TO HAVE OPEN MINDS & LET IT'S MUSIC BE HEARD. Dixie Tavern was insane. Crackfight played a nothing but brutal opening set. It was good to see those guys again. D.I.E took the stage & proceeded to unleash our hymns of blood, death, & sex, and then out of nowhere, the shit hit the fan. One guy hit another guy & the a whole bunch of guys started beating the fuck out of eachother(While D.I.E was still playing)and all hell broke loose. We'd like to thank Kelly Pitre(Suffer/Shrum) for giving us the in house boxing match. Kelly prevailed. The other guy ran out of Dixie & grabbed a steering wheel "club" and came back for more shit. Needless to say, that guy wasn't allowed back into the show that night. SkinKrawl then took the stage as a four piece, due to Eric(guitars) being sick(Get Well Man), BUT SkinKrawl kicked ass massively, putting on a killer show as the have always done. Thanks to the D.I.E crew that came out and supported us(YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE). Now we play our home, GALLIANO, LOUISIANA. This ought to be an interesting adventure!!!???!!! ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT.

The Celebration of the Beast Show in Pensacola Florida was cool, minus the technical difficulties. We played three songs into our set & the bass pedal on the drum kit broke beyond repair. Which ever band we borrowed the bass pedal from to finish the set, THANK YOUS... Onto our next show in Gulfport,Ms. D.I.E is playing with Minus Infinity, BloodChurn, & a new band from MS, featuring members of LeTurds at ROWDYS BIRTHDAY BASH(private party at the PIT) ROWDY Says IF YOUR NOT METAL.....DON'T COME...
