What To Expect From Your Class:
Your infant massage class will be a very laid back environment that caters to your baby's needs. Most of the class will take place on blankets and pillows on the floor, unless you would prefer a different area for your own comfort. You will be encouraged to move your baby between various positions to find out what works best for you. You will also be welcome to change or feed your baby in privacy as needed during the class. We all know that babies don't always run on "our" schedule, & since the purpose of the class is to have a good bonding experience, we'll just have to work with theirs!

- How to work massage into your daily schedule
- How you & your baby will benefit from massage
- What types of oil or lotion are best to use on your baby
- How to read your baby's verbal & non-verbal language
- How to talk and sing to your baby to engage him or her in massage
- How to perform specific massage strokes
- How to calm your baby during a colic episode
- How to exercise and play with your baby using massage
- How to adapt massage as your baby grows
