K.K. & Diane's Tropical & Garden Photos

Please come in and visit.

Welcome, you reached Kevin & Diane Chedville's Garden Site.
Update as of Feb 2006:
After Hurricane Katrina got us. We use to live 40 miles southeast of New Orleans
in zone 9, Port Sulphur, Louisiana. The Mississippi River on one side, swamps & bayous on the other.
Then along comes Hurricane Katrina and takes away everything we ever owned.
Our little lot measured 150 by 75 feet, and we had it looking like a little Tropical Jungle,
with all the Green Tropical Plants and Goldfish Ponds.

Katrina forced us to move to Mississippi into Zone 8, where we had
just bought a small piece of land just months before the Storm, so living and growing
tropical things will not be so easy here. It tends to freeze some in the winter. State Farm (like a BAD Neighbor) really screwed us, like they did thousands of everyone else.
IF YOU NEED INSURANCE, FORGET STATE FARM, Bunch of Extortionist. So with what little money we have, we're going to build a Farm Barm
and try turning it into a home to live in.
Never-the-less, we're still accepting plant donations. We have lots of empty space for lots of holes to dig.

Happy Gardening!
