MUSIC: I tell this to visitors all the time - it's not about PLACES with us - it's about PEOPLE! Suppose I send you to a music joint promising you wonderful music and they are featuring the Tulane University Chamber Ensemble? (Which does happen. And guess what - it is wonderful music! In the case of families and the "Under 21 Set," finding good music can be a challenge since most venues are bars that don't allow anyone under 21. Music is everywhere on the streets but in the summer months street music slows down considerably due to the heat.
