AVOCADO & LUMP CRAB MEAT SALAD
  • 4cup Lump crab meat
  • 4 large avocado
  • 1pk your favorit lettuce
  • 2 large tomato
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 jar of remoulade dressing

    Cut up peppers and onions. Slice avocado into weges, slice tomatos into weges. In four bowls arange lettuce, arange tomato,peppers, onions on the top. Add four slices of avocado on top. put lump crab meat then add remoulade dressing. Makes four large salads.



    SHRIMP SALAD

  • 1 1/2lb shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. key lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Chef Paul Seafood season
  • 1/2 tsp.pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion juice
  • 2 tsp. cajun power sauce
  • 1 head of lettuce

    Boil shrimp until done. Peel and cut very fine. In bowl, combine all ingredients and add shrimp. Mix well. Let sit all day long or overnight,stirring once or twice. When ready to serve, add mayonnaise to consistency you desire (serves 4.)
