STEP 1:
Save the file to your computer.
STEP 2:
Right-Click and Choose Rename.
STEP 3:
Type in the ".exe" at the end as shown.
STEP 4:
Hit enter and now the icon should change.
STEP 5:
Double-Click the icon and install the application.
