Quick & Easy Tarot
This deck is identical to Rider-Waite in naming, order and illustrations (although it has been recolored). On each card, a paragraph of meanings are written, both on the upright and the reversal. The idea is that beginners will not have to keep looking up meanings in a book/let, since they are printed on the cards. I've heard arguments for and against this practice, but haven't an opinion one way or the other. This is not how I learned, so I can't say whether it is benefical or detrimental.
The cards are about 2.75 by 4.75 inches and handle well. The stock is durable and will stand up to repeated use.
I can't really recommend or not recommend this deck for beginners. Some say it makes for a lazy reader. I can't say for sure. I don't recommend the deck for more advanced readers, simply because the printed meanings will be distracting. Collectors may want to add it to their collection, as I have done.
