Angel Blessings
I must start by saying that this is not a true tarot deck, nor does it claim to be. These are cards designed to offer guidance, inspiration, consolation and (at times) divination. The set consists of 44 cards, each with an angel assigned to it. For instance, card #13 is the angel Hadraniel, apparently the angel of love. #38 is Ariel, the angel of nature. A portrait of each angel is depicted in his/her card. The portraits are lovely.
The cards measure about 3.75 by 5.25 inches and are very large for my small hands. Card stock is very good; however, the cards are not glossy. I guess I would call this a matte finish. I haven't handled my cards very often at all, and cannot comment on their durbaility.
I really can't recommend or not recommend this deck, as I've never used mine. As a collector, I am pleased to own it.
