Orcinus Kuronbo (NPC) -- Eldest child of Yarikono, whereabouts currently unknown. Many believe that Kuronbo was quite mad before he disappeared with his army of 'Pale Warriors', a mindless cadre of Orcini that served as his personal bodyguard. Some believe that the late Orman Kai was the cause of his madness, others that the insanity came as a result of injuries recieved during the destruction of his ship, the Iruka, by pirates. His disappearance occured following a near war among the Atlanteans, caused by Kuronbo's disastrous attempt to consolodate the Decemvirates.

Orcinus Shinjukou -- The current Decemvir of Orcinus and youngest child of Yarikono. Served as an ambassador following her brother's disappearance. Known to be fervent in her worship of Pasiphae, though she has shown no interest in joining the priesthood of the Goddess, nor has she been invited. After Kuronbo's disastrous handling of diplomatic affairs in Haven, Shinjukou attempted to smooth over the damage done before returning to Orcinus to tend to her ailing mother. Now she has returned to Haven, and appears to be interested in passing on level-headed advice to all concerned on the current state of affairs in that city.

Orcinus Yoritomo (NPC) -- Majordomo to the Decemvir. Yoritomo serves as second in command to Shinjukou in both a military and administrative capacity. Very little is known about this reticent man, save that he is not the talkative sort, either with words or with his mind. It is rumoured that he, at one time, was being considered for the role of consort to Shinjukou, but nothing ever came of this gossip.

Akua -- Personal bodyguard and retainer to Shinjukou. His appointment to this position came following a quickly covered up assassination attempt on the Heir upon her return to Orcinus. Details are generally unknown, but it is known that Shinjukou appointed the man as her bodyguard immediately afterwards.
