A Little Something About Northwestern State Cheer
The Northwestern State University Cheerleaders are pleased to a part of the world wide web and want to improve our cheerleading program. The first step to improving the program is through recruitment. Being on the web is one way of getting our name out and getting people interested in our school and cheerleading program. The squad does various activities during the school year. From cheering for a nationally ranked Football team to performing in parades and preparing for nationals, the squad stays busy. The cheerleaders are currently preparing for UCA college camp at Southwest Texas State University on July 25 - 28 in San Marcos, TX. This year's squad has a lot of talent, experience, and potential and very well could be the best squad ever at Northwestern State University. The squad also has some members that are on NCA and UCA staff, to add to the talent this squad posessses. This year squad plans on competing at UCA college nationals in Orlando, FL.
