"Mini Blue American Show Ring Style"
LSQ, Breyer Stablemate scale, Arabian costume in an "American Showring Style." Will fit most sm scale plastic and resin model horses.
This costume is one of the first ones I created using my "new and improved" sm design!! I have upgraded the details so that this costume is almost an exact replica of my larger, traditional scale costumes...
The bridle is fully adjustable, with a slide-type buckle/keeper, and a handcrafted wire/epoxy bit, and curb chain. (real chain!) The poll piece has covered wire along one side to allow you to shape it to any horse's neck. The browband has a tiny filigree accent, with jewel and tassel.
The saddle has a sculpey tree, and is covered with fabric/trim. The girth is elastic for easy fit, with a hidden hook that attaches to the girth billet on the underside of the drape. There is also an "underskirt" such as a real English saddle has...made of super-thin ultrasuede.
The stirrups are handcrafted from jewelry findings, and are fully adjustable. The breastcollar is also fully adjustable, both at the girth attachment, which is a sliding buckled "loop"...and at the withers, where it attached to the saddle with teeny, tiny hooks. (Hooks are on adjustable strap.)
