2004 Suzuki GSX-R 600

The GSX-R was purchased in April 2004 in response to a friends purchase
of a 1995 Yamaha FZR 600 about 6 months prior.
As other friends began to talk about purchasing a sport bike I decided
to purchase one also. After a few months of searching for a used bike under
$4000, I decided to purchase new. After looking at the offerings from Kawasaki,
Honda and Triumph I decided on the Suzuki. I really liked the 2004 Triumph
Daytona 600 (in Silver), but the nearest dealer was too far to drive for
servicing and repairs. I plan to keep the Suzuki for 4-5 years after which
I would like to sell her and get a Harley, either V-ROD or purhaps a Dyna
Glide?
Below are a few pics of the Suzuki not long after I brought her home.
I keep her in the living room for about a week until a had a place to keep
her.

Since these pictures were taken, I have replaced the bulky factory
plate holder with a fender eliminator kit from www.hardracing.com.
