Leia Skywalker was born with her brother Luke while her Mother(Queen Amidala), her servants, and Obi-Wan Kenobi were escaping from Palpatine. Palpatine sensed Luke--failing to sense Leia--sent assassins to kill every newborn human boy on the planet Luke and Leia was born on.On a ship Kenobi and Amidala sparated the twin to protect them from Palpatine and Darth Vader.
Amidala went to Alderaan with Leia. Bail Organa, the ruler of Alderaan, sheltered her and her child. Leia was adopted into Bail's family and made a princess. She lived in the Royal House in the capital city of Aldera, where the environment was peaceful. Weapons and violence had been banned. Amidala became a common servent in the Organa household. She was going under her handmaidian name Padmé. Leia has very few memories of her mother. Amidala died or dissappered before Luke and Leia was one year old.
Leia grew up with a trio of aunts and a playmate named Winter. Watching her "father" work as a senator in the Republic, Leia learned the principles of justice and honor. Behind closed doors, Bail was working with Mon Mothma of the Rebel Alliance.
Leia used her status as a senator to aid the Rebellion. She helps transport food, medical supplies, delver funds, and recruited new members into the Alliance. She was almost caught with a Rebel spy. The man told her that the Empire was building a new weapon that could destroy planets.
Monthes later, Leia left on the Tantive IV to retrieve the plans for the Death Star. After the plans were transmitted, the ship went to Tatooine for a second mission: To find Obi-Wan Kenobi and take him to Alderaan. At Tatooine's orbit Tantive IV was fired by an Imperial Star Destroyer and was boarded.
Leia put the Death Star plans into the memory systems of Artoo-Detoo and gave him a holomessage to show to Obi-Wan Kenobi. Soon after Leia was stunned by Stormtroopers and taken to Darth Vader.
In a cell in the Death Star, the Imperials used a interrogator droid then Vader used the Force to find the location of the Rebel Base but they were ineffective. Grand Moff Tarkin then threatened to destroy her home planet of Alderaan. Leia lied and said "They're on Dantooine. They're on Dantooine." Then Tarkin ordered Alderaan to be destroyed anyway with Vader forcing her to watch. Later, Tarkin found out she lied about the location of the Rebel Base and scheduled her for termination.
Leia was surprized when a short stromtrooper opened her cell AA-23. She found out it was Luke Skywalker, with Obi-Wan Kenobi to rescue her. The rescue attempt was made by Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and the Wookiee Chewbacca while Kenobi was elsewhere. The illplanned recue worked but Kenobi was killed by Vader. He allowed it for the other to escape in the Millenium Falcon
Using the plans stored in Artoo's memory, the rebellion quickly made a strike plan. Luke Skywalker with the backup of Han and Chewie destroyed the Death Star. In a ceremony, Leia presented medals to them for bravery.
Leia was drafted to work as a diplomat to get new worlds to join the Rebel Alliance. On one mission she, Luke, Artoo, and Threepio were caught up in a race to find the Force-powerful Kaiburr Crystral. At the temple Leia faced Vader, who came to get the crystral for Palpatine. With Luke trapped a stone, Leia used his lightsaber to defend herself. Untrained, Leia was wounded badly by Vader. When Luke freed himself, he drove Vader into a pit and used the crystral to heal Leia.
The Alliance soon moved to Hoth. The Empire found them and the base was evacuated. When Leia was cut-off from her transport, Han and Chewie took her and Threepio in the Falcon
After escaping Imperials, she helped repair the Falcon. During the repaired tried to move through her defences. When Leia called Han a scoundrel, Leia faced the his answered that she might just like scoundrels. They kissed until Threepio interrupted.
Shortly, they landed on Bespin's Cloud City, where a old friend of Han Solo, Lando Calrissian, betrayed them to Vader. Leia admitted her love to Han as he was forced into carbon freeze. His last words were: "I know."
With the help of Lando, they escaped Cloud City. During the escape, Leia felt the presence of Luke. Using his connection to Leia, Lando and Chewie rescued Luke of a weather vane. Then they returned to the Rebel Fleet.
Leia, Chewie, Lando, and Luke went on missions to find ways to rescue Han from Boda Fett. Fett got away each time. When Leia disquised as Boushh on Coruscant, she was captured by Prince Xizor. When Luke, Chewie, Lando, and Dash Randar was going to rescue her, Leia made her own escape and found them.
Leia, Chewie, Lando, and Luke made a plan to rescue Han from Jabba. Leia got in as Boushh, who was bring Chewie for the reward. Leia did free Han but she was caught and became Jabba's slave for a time. She got revenge be choking Jabba with the chain that kept her captive.
On returning to the Alliance, Leia got involved in the plot to destroy the second Death Star. She was surprized that Han became a general in the Alliance. She volunteered to acompany him with his strike team on the forest moon of Endor to destroy the energy sheild that protected the space station. On Endor, the Alliance allyed with the Ewoks and decided to help the Alliance with attacking the Imperials.
One night, she learned news about her past from Luke: she and Luke were the twin heirs of Anakin Skywalker, also know as Darth Vader. Leia also learned that she had the power and potential to become a Jedi Knight.
The day after the battle of Endot, the New Republic recieved a plea from the planet of Bakura. Leia went with a strike team to the planet to fight the Ssi-ruuk and won a truce with the Bakurans. On the planet, the spirt of Anakin Skywalker came to her to ask her for forgiveness. Leia refused but in the heat of the battle, her forgave her father.
A year after the battle of Endor, Mon Mothma made a private strike team called Senate Interplanetary Intelligence Network--SPIN. The team included Leia, Han, Luke, Lando, Artoo, and Threepio. After Zorba the Hutt tried to kill Leia for killing his son, Jabba, the team was disbanded when more missions of importance came into place.
A New Galactic Republic was formed during the following years. It had a Constitutional Convention to help establish a Galactic Republic. A Provisonal Council was created and it included Admiral Ackbar of Mon Calamari, Borsk Fey'lya of Kothlis (Bothans), Leia Organa of Alderaan, and many others which deal with politcal issues and struggles. The Inner Council consisted of Mon Mothma, Ackbar, Fey'lya, and Leia which deal with day to day decisitions facing the New Republic. Soon the New Republic moved to Coruscant, which was the centre of the Old Republic before Palpatine became Emperor.
When Hapan Prince Isolder came bearing gifts from the sixty-three worlds of the Hapes system, he asked Leia to marry him. She almost considered it because Hape reminded her of Alderaan and Isolder was handsome and stable. Han wasn't about to give up without a fight and he kidnapped Leia and took her Dathomir.
The romantic overture was interruped when a war between two clans of witches who use the power of the Force, the Singing Mountain Clan and the Evil Nightsisters. Luke and Isolder joined the battle and help win battle on the side of the Singing Mountian Clan. During the battle, Leia descided she will be better off with Han. Six weeks later, they were married in Imperial City.
A year later, the Alliance was battling Grand Admiral Thrawn and his fleet. She later helped Luke and Mara Jade defeat the evil Jedi clone Joruus C'Baoth. In the midst of the battles, she birthed the twins, Jaina and Jacen. Leia didn't have time for taking care of her children with Han and Jedi training with Luke because had Council meeting, and assignments. Luckly, Winter help her take care of the children.
Later the New Republic was droven off of Coruscant by Imperial forces. On there new base on the fifth moon of Da Soochca, the Alliance had to deal with the Imperial and the clone of the Emperor. Leia was pregnant again and Luke was corrupted by the Dark Side. On the way to save her brother, Leia and Han went to Nar Shaddaa. On the smugglers moon, Leia was reconized by a Jedi named Vima-Da-Boda and given a lightsaber.
The clone tried to corrupt Leia as well and tried to corrupt her unborn child. She escape stealing a Jedi Holocron. Later, Leia fought with Luke to defeat the Emperor. Soon after, Han and came back to Nar Shaddaa to find Vima. Later, Vima saved Luke on New Alderaan from a Sith poison. The Alliance escaped to Nespis VIII where Leia gave birth to Anakin Solo.
Monthes later, the rebels defeated the Emperor and won back Coruscant. Luke and Ackbar found a planet which Han and Leia's three children could be protected from Imperials. On Anoth Winter, took care of Jaina, Jacen and Anakin. Jaina and Jacen came back to live with their parents when they were were two.
Over the following, Leia had many duties to deal with. Mon Mothma was dying and Ackbar assigned when he crashed his B-Wing in Vortex's Cathedal of Winds. Luke was in unconscious and his spirt was gine from his body. Things turned around went Leia cleared Ackbar of the Cathedal incident and later when to Anoth to save Anakin from Imperials.
When Mothma assigned Leia became Chief of State of the New Republic. The vaction on Ithor became a search for the lost children of the Jedi on Plawell. On Munto Codur, Jaina, Jacen, And Anakin were kidnapped by Dark Jedi, Hethrir. With the help of Chewie, Artoo, and Hethrir's ex-mate Rillao they rescue the three children and other Force-Power children kidnapped by Hethrir.
Leia's three children are enrolled in Luke Skywalker Jedi Academy. Soon the Jedi will rise again.
