I'd love David Bowie, even if he was butt ugly (though, him being the sexiest man in the universe DOES help!). He has so much charisma and he's so talented, that he could MAKE himself look hot, even if he looked like Mick Jagger! (see, Mick Jagger, sadly, didn't succeed in making himself look like a hunk...). But David Bowie is hot, and on top of that he has his talent and his wonderful personality, which equals to him being beyond all levels of greatness. His music, for one thing, has changed from decade to decade, from year to year (kinda like his hair). You can name any kind of music, and he's done it! From rock (Ziggy Stardust) to soul (Young Americans) to disco (Fame) to jazz (Black Tie, White Noise) to hard rock (Outside) to rap (I'm Afraid of Americans #3 on the single CD) and to everything else, he's covered it all! His music continues to inspire today, as it did in the 60's and 70's. Unfourtunatley, not many of todays generation realize just how incredible the man is. He has a care-free personality... a beautiful personality... he doesn't care what others think of him, just as long as he and his fans are happy. He never gives up. In fact, the first time he dressed up in a glitter outfit to perform, he got booed off the stage! But he never stopped trying, and look where he is now! He's a family man, which is great. He has time to make movies and albums, put on concerts, travel all over, and he still takes care of and loves his family. (Congrats to him and Iman on their new baby!!!) He's a wonderful man... that's pretty much it. He's amazing. I could write a book the size of a dictionary (one of those huge dictionaries with the super thin pages that are really thick) about the many reasons why I love David Bowie, but I'm going to stop here. All of you who are reading this know exactly what I mean. We love you, David Bowie.
