Robear lives and goes to school in Chalmette. Baton Rouge and Hammond are about an hour and a half away from Chalmette, so we have a the basic "long-distance" relationship thing going on. It's not all that bad at times. We do see eachother everyweekend, and when we're together, it's the best feeling in the world. There's this feeling I really can't describe in words, that I get whenever he looks at me, kisses me, holds me. I wrote this poem one day that describes exactly how I feel.
It's the sense of security you feel in his arms, Like he can protect you from all harm, That feeling in your
stomach when he walks in a room, Knowing his eyes are only on you, The way he pretends it hurts when
you hit him, Eventhough inside you know that it didn't, It's how he is early for every date, Despite the fact
he knows you'll be late, The way he can tell you're having a bad day, And always knows the perfect thing
to say, The way even when you're having a fight, He still calls to say " I love you, good night.", It's in his
smile, his kiss, his touch,
It's all of these little things that make you love him so much.

Robert's Friends
Damion is one of Robert's other best friends. This is him with his wife Jennie. They have a boy Damion Jr. He's one year old now, I'll hopefully have a pic soon of all 3 of em. This pic was taken last October of 99 when we all went camping in Robert, La. It's Robert's family tradition, and that year was my first time to experiance it. Jennie is kina gone, so Damion had to help her the rest of the way while we went Trick-or-treating.
