For anybody who wonders what this SIM racing is all about, Sal Buda is the O/T who's stables and horses you want to watch and take note. Sal has been a member of this game since it's infancy and is surely in the drivers seat for his homebred horses to start winning the SIM's most prestigious races. Probably the ultimate in this game would be to watch one of your homebreds win the Spring Classic SIM races; The Bluegrass Derby, The Middle Jewel, or The New Yorker , just to win one of those would be a great event.
Because Sal had been in this game for so long, he had plenty of time to accumulate an abundance of Breeding Points. So by the time the Breeding Option became part of this game, he was ready; Now, he's looking to conquer!!

The highest money earner of all the Sal horses, he has already won twice at the 8.0f distance. Sal Is Gone might very well have had a third mile stakes win but was compromised by a yeilding turf. He has already won a graded stakes race so this is a welcome rise in class from his last race.

Unproven at the 8.0f distance but if form is any indication Go West Sal is ready to win at any distance he pleases. His speed figures appear a little low compared the high 90's that were recorded by others at this distance already, but sometimes when a horse finally gets to race at a distance more suitable to what he is bred for it's figures may explode. He is bred to love this added distance.

What looks to be the lightest of the Sal entries, Ransom For Sal is refreshingly sired by Red Ransom instead of Gone West. He appears to be the hyper-active of the Buda Bunch, Ransom For Sal may be used as the rabbit in this race to assure a strong pace. Although he tried two turns once before and failed it may have been a pre-mature placing, don't take this horse lightly he may very well end up alone on the lead at a distance he should relish.
