Old Indianola
A hundred and some odd years, O' could it be! You are always near, only in our mind. With stories of the days gone by, forty grand years that didnt die. You are not forgotten, don't you see.
Ol' Indianola asleep by the sea, Cisterns long since dry, the cap'ts tomb now empty, church bell don't ring, and the seagulles seldom cry. What of the untold stories gone out into the sea Can you share with us what use to be?
We listen to you! And dare not compare. But to be a village by the sea. Seeing the beauty, the wonder ,the sky so blue. Hearing the waves, feeling the emotions of yesteryear.
Here at Ol' Indianola, Just listen, she'll talk to you!
