Maybe I'll sing a song of a lingering love,
Setting to music my hearts tender feelings.
Melodies to nurture those special memories.
Are to dream an amazing drama,
Staring the lead to some marvelous memories.
A classic, the essence to my life.
And then I'll share a romantic verse ,
Harboring my favorite thoughts.
But to share those memories?
Are I may paint a captivating picture,
Delightful emotions of yesteryear.
A portrait of what meight have been.
But for now I'll just dream,
Lost in thought to those memories.
