Winning stories (and pictures) will be displayed on the Delevrance site with a link
to the writers site. Stories must be the orignal work of the writer. The certificates have no cash value. They are only good towards Delevrance purchases. Writers can submit as many times
as they so choose, but are only allowed one certificate a month. Only one certificate per purchase and they cannot be used with any other personal discount or clearance item. A Grand winner (overall winner)may only contribute every other month.
