GLYN & MARIE'S 1957 CHEVY

[ October 2003 ]

Please take a few minutes to look at our new 57 Chevy. This old Chevy is just like the car I dreamed about owning since I was 16 or 17 years old. A dream that my wife, Marie and my 2 sons, Steven and Brian shared with me for many years. I always knew that someday I would own one.

EXTERIOR

Our car is a 1957 Model 210 Chevy 2 Door Sedan. It was restored in 1990 by the previous owner to look like a 210 Delray Club Coupe. The solid Sierra Gold exterior and Ivory Vinyl & Charcoal Pattern cloth interior was a selection for a 210 Delray Club Coupe in 1957. Original mileage at time of purchace, less than 53,000

The body was made in Van Nuys, CA and the car was assembled in Los Angeles, CA. and has a rare California one piece bumper. Originally the exterior paint was India Ivory and Canyon Coral, interior was also Ivory Vinyl & Charcoal Pattern cloth. It had a Blue Flame 6 cylinder and a 3 speed Transmission.

INTERIOR

The interior as mentioned above is Ivory Vinyl and a Charcoal Pattern. The dash is painted Sierra Gold and India Ivory. The metal door frames and rear window frames are painted Sierra Gold.
