On this page is more about myself. My talents include chinese cuisine - worked in a chinese takeaway for four months and know exactly what type of food you put in your gob. An ex England U16 international in athletics (ranked 2nd fastest in the country over 100m as a 12 year old and ranked in the top 10 in other events too (see books in the library for proof). I believe that I am still in the top 10 all time rankings for U13 triple jump
I may appear shy but people that know me, find that I am outrageous, loud and an embarassment to be with. I do have manners, experimented with Karate for while - I can fight and also I'm a buddhist too - hence why I am so laid back about things.... infact TOO laid back!
There is a serious side to me, and to those who don't know me will think what a twat! Well it SUXS 2 BE THEM for not knowing me in the first place.. besides I don't care either its what inside that counts and those that I love that are around me....
Generally I speak my mind and have no shame, can be embarassed at times.

This was taken in 12/98 before our hall ball, as you can see, my mate Chaz and myself need to grow up a bit. We have combined mental ages of 12 year olds - as the boyz on the middle floor of block 21 will agree. Chaz and I have know each other since my first year (1995). We've had such a laugh together. (Although mysterious quote, "I do not find any of Chaz's inneundoes funny"). More about Chaz later... Watch out girlies when Chaz is pissed and has watched Dave Hay's hardcore porno video, he will try and find any random female to re-act the scenes!!! Chaz, what is it like to be REJECTED!!!

Taken in 09/98 at The Days Inn swimming pool in International Drive. What a holiday - flydrive job. Grounded the car a few times and definately exceeded the speed limit a few times too. Only thing bad about this holiday was getting fucking ripped off - ie cos we were under 25, we had to pay big car insurance premiums. Weather was superb, only rained on average 20 mins a day - tropical rain. Loads of brits over there, going again soon, most likely September 99 - end of hurricane season!!!! Definately worth going to Bush Gardens for the rides, it makes The Nemesis look small!!

A Day in the gym with me:
Basically when I wake up after a good nights sleep, take my creatine (aids recovery - ideal for hard training athletes in whatever discipline). Take my multi vitamins too, 1000mg of vitamin C (need it cos I'm a smoker), a banana, L-Arginine & L-Ornithine, Pregnandrost, Flavistan - all legal shit not banned on the IOC list. I know cos I've been drug tested out of drug competition when I was younger, but shush, supposed to keep this quite (ie the drug test - ask any athlete, they'll know all about it), but now I'm not competing anymore it doesn't matter.
Piss off down the gym in shorts, trackie bottoms, vest and sweater (you won't usually see me take my sweater of unless there are some dildo's trying to impress girls, then I'll take my top off to impress them too). You're only training against yourself, just think of them as dildos, the really useful ones are the ones that offer sound advice and help the novices through the workout. Some are nice people, do not be intimidated by them. I usually ignore other people in the gym except for the fit totty.
Sod the warm up, just rotate the arms a bit, then into the exercise. Believe yourself and concentrate on whatever you are doing, sod the big guys and really fit totty, cos they've been doing it for years. Lift weights and breath heavily, like as you are having massive orgasms (I've noticed a lot of people don't breathe properly during their workout). Train with aggression for heavy weights and building muscle mass, and piss around on aerobic machines if you wanna tone down also messing around helps keep the interest. Ideally you want somebody there to motivate you too, that usually helps.
Don't overtrain, ie exhaust yourself too much, have a target and enjoy. It took me quite a while to build myself up, its never been a problem for me, cos I've got short arms and legs so the muscle looks more compact/dense. I vary my workout quite a lot, train heavy 6-8 weeks and light for 2 weeks.
Personal best include (free weights): benchpress 110kg, Full squat 180kg, barbell curl 55kg. Note, I can't do it now, I did those when I was 17.
Anyway got to revise for Accounting exam.
Anyway just to let u know how I did in that exam - Well I fucked up - failed my 20 credit module - my main course - looks like I will be opening my own business after my degree - if I get one. To tell u the fucking truth, i worked my balls off for that exam and still fucked up. Actually I don't give a shit bout my degree ne more - I will be here to enjoy myself creating crappy webpages - rofl. Its a shitty degree course, all the lecturers are farcical, I must take the oportunity to thank Loughborough Business Schoo's, Industrial Placement Services Office for fucking up my professional future/career with Merrill Lynch. Long story.. may tell you another day.
