DATA ANALYSIS:
We analyze and provide reports on any data from any source, using reliable statistical and graphical techniques; we apply the most reliable techniques and computational software.
PROCESS AND PROJECT EVALUATIONS:
We design Management Information Systems, Automated Information Gathering Systems, Survey and Information Gathering Techniques and Forms. We design experiments, gather and analyze data for process, impact evaluations and prepare reports using the latest statistical methods and software with a guarantee for accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS:
We design and recommend the most statistically efficient experiments to control, manipulate, or analyze the effects of variables on each other.
QUALITY CONTROL:
We design and recommend sampling schemes and problem solving processes to reduce the cost of the product's life cycle by reducing variation and improving quality; we design preventive measures to reduce redundancy.
FORECASTING AND SIMULATION:
We provide forecasting based on past data and/or simulation and prepare reports and recommendations for future decisions.
OPERATIONS RESEARCH:
We provide solutions to industrial optimization problems using OR techniques such as critical path method (CPM), economic order quantity (EOQ), linear and non-linear programming (LP, NLP), integer programming (IP), queuing theory (QT), and other reliable techniques.
MATHEMATICAL MODELING:
We provide appropriate mathematical models and propose solutions to most applied and industrial mathematically based problems.
TRAINING:
We provide training through seminars, short and crash courses for employees at all levels in groups or individuals using hands-on experiments with emphasis on applications of relevant local problems. The training is provided in the areas of Applied Statistics, Quality Control and Quality Engineering, Operations Research, and Quantitative Analysis.
