Hundreds of animals across the nation are being condemed to euthanasia. If that word is too big for you to understand it means they are being put to sleep, life being taken away, going to heaven, dead. There is a way we can help out at least one poor home less dog from this certain death. Adopt a pet from your local animal shelter. It isn't that expensive, almost anyone can do it. Mind you dont just adopt puppies an kittens. Older animals make great pet too. Some shelters even house rabbits, goats, birds, and other animals.

I have adopted a two year-old Border Collie from a local animal shelter in 1996. She is a beautiful dog. I will hopefully be able to add a picture of her sometime in the near future. She is very affectionate and sweet. She is my gaurdian. No other dogs are allowed to come within ten feet of me before she starts fighting. Yes, as everyone does she has a few faults. She is manipulaive, sneaky, theiving, hyper, and clever enough to manage to get herself loose no matter how we tie her up. Most Border Collies have those traits though it is genetic. Oh another thing is that she listens to me and only me.

Please go out today and save an animal its the best thing you could do. It will make you feel happy that you have saved one life from leaving this earth.

Below is a picture of my dog, Tess.

Here is our other dog, a Poodle, named Fifi she is 9 years old. We have had Fifi since she was only 8 months. She's my mother's dog.
