This notice is sent to you in a timely manner not intended to prejudice or 
delay, and in good faith. 

This is a FINAL NOTICE. You are now in default and in jeopardy of being 
sued. you have been collaterally estopped from proceeding further in this 
alleged action by your own stipulation, for failure to show cause, and by 
your bad faith. 

Your failure to respond to the previous show cause presentments has 
collaterally estopped you from proceeding further in regard to the alleged 
action. Further silence on your part will only be equated to your total 
acquiescence to all stipulations set forth in the previous show cause 
presentments previously sent you, which is further evidence of your bad 
faith in this matter. 

YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS OTHER THAN THOSE ALREADY GIVEN OR TOLD YOU, IT IS 
SUGGESTED YOU CONTACT AN ATTORNEY SURROUNDING THOSE RIGHTS.

You have TEN (10) days to cure your default to the show cause presentments
previously sent you. Please contact me at the below listed mailing location 
within the next ten days with your response. If you need more time with 
which to respond, you must contact me at the below listed mailing location 
within the allotted time and a reasonable extension of time might possibly 
be granted you.

Any damage caused the Aggrieved Party herein without just cause being shown 
will result in action for civil rights damages under title 42 UCS § 1983, 
including but not limited to possible criminal action under title 
18 USC § 241,242, and/or suit for damages for trespass,   fraud, conspiracy 
and/or any other remedies available to me.
