Easy Pancake Recipe



1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. oil

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the milk, egg, and oil and add this
mixture all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy. Cook
in a hot lightly-greased or buttered skillet. Makes 8-10 standard size pancakes

Easy Waffles Recipe



1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil

Mix the dry ingredients together. Slightly beat the eggs, beat in milk and
oil. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until slightly lumpy.

Buttermilk Pancakes


1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. oil

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the egg, buttermilk and oil together
and add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy. Cook
in a hot non-stick and lightly-greased or buttered skillet.

Fancy French Toast



2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 slices of bread, halved
1 Tbsp. butter or margerine

Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Soak the halved bread
slices on each side about 30 seconds. Cook in a non-stick skillet over
medium heat after melting and heating the butter.

Easy French Toast


1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
6 slices of bread
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Halve the bread slices and
soak in this mixture. Cook in a skillet over medium heat with melted butter.

Sausage and Gravy



1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 cup flour
3 cups milk
oil
salt and pepper

Cook the sausage until done over a medium heat. Remove from skillet
and set aside. Drain off the drippings and add enough oil to make
half a cup. Add the oil and the flour to the skillet and cook over
a medium high heat until browned. Reduce the heat and add the milk,
salt and pepper, and cook until bubbly. Stir well to prevent lumps.
Add the sausage to the gravy and cook a couple of minutes more.
Serve over toast or rice.
