| Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the milk, egg, and oil and add this |
| mixture all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy. Cook |
| in a hot lightly-greased or buttered skillet. Makes 8-10 standard size pancakes |

| 6 slices of bread, halved |
| 1 Tbsp. butter or margerine |
| Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Soak the halved bread |
| slices on each side about 30 seconds. Cook in a non-stick skillet over |
| medium heat after melting and heating the butter. |

| Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Halve the bread slices and |
| soak in this mixture. Cook in a skillet over medium heat with melted butter. |
| 1 lb. ground sausage |
| 1/2 cup flour |
| 3 cups milk |

| Cook the sausage until done over a medium heat. Remove from skillet |
| and set aside. Drain off the drippings and add enough oil to make |
| half a cup. Add the oil and the flour to the skillet and cook over |
| a medium high heat until browned. Reduce the heat and add the milk, |
| salt and pepper, and cook until bubbly. Stir well to prevent lumps. |
| Add the sausage to the gravy and cook a couple of minutes more. |
| Serve over toast or rice. |
