Trivia: 
1. Billy was originally an early twentieth century figure, most likely a Quisto figure.
2. Quisto was a figuremaker from Great Britain.
3. Billy was reconstructed by figuremeaker Bill Nelson in the 21st century.
4. Ventriloquist Randy Malick donated Billy to Vent Haven on July 17, 2005.
5. Malick, who never performed with the figure, purchased it himself in July of 2004.
6. Billy is made of paper mache.
7. Billy is on display in Building Two of the museum, but he cannot be seen in either of the Quicktime Virtual Pans of that building.
