This is a picture of the setup of the Russian keyboard if you press the SHIFT button. You cannot use CAPS LOCK with þ and ý. You have to use the Shift button.
This picture shows the normal keyboard without using the SHIFT and CAPS LOCK keys. If you speak Russian you will see the phonetic similarites.
The above picture shows the standard English Keyboard so that you can compare it the Russian keyboard.

The Russian Phonetic Keyboard that I have created will open up in the Microsoft Program. Do not touch the keyboard!
After the keyboard file opens:
A box may appear that says, Verification succeeded, but with errors. You can select NO (don't show log).

select YESThe keyboard is now installed
Now you have to change you computer setting in order to be able to use the keyboard.
Now at the bottom right of the Toolbar screen you should see the letters EN (English). If you don’t, minimize all windows and you may see a small toolbar on the desktop that says EN. Move this into the Toolbar by dragging it down.
To toggle between languages you can push either the right or left Ctrl and Shift buttons at the same time.

If a message says that you need a profile, it means that Internet Explorer is trying to send an e-mail through Microsoft Outlook. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs, then change the E-mail to whatever program you use.
