1. Your site must say SOMETHING about Thoroughbred racing. You might have a large site dedicated entirely to the sport; or maybe you just have a general homepage that mentions somewhere that you love to go to the races. The purpose of this ring is to hook up ALL fans of the sport, not just the pros and experts.
2. Your site must NOT contain any "adult" material, or any racist, sexist, or "hate" messages.
