The easiest way to do this encounter is with a toon that can focus pull.  It can be soloed in this fashion.  Otherwise all you need is a tank and a healer.  90% of the time when you find this it will be red to a level 50 or low purple con.  Kill Chisisi and the encounter is complete.   All Stats decrease:  48
