Disoriented:  Target is disoriented. They have less chance of landing melee attacks, and spells have a greater chance of affecting them.

    This spell is cast when the item is used.

 

This little whirly wind is a nasty little bit of fun.  It is magic resistant and pets are not going to do much of anything to it.  You can try to focus pull it and see how that works for you.  The only problem with that though is that the mob has a very high damage PBAOE.

 

The best way to do this is to drag it to the waterline and have your healers hide under water.  The mob cannot hit you from there.  Then have your tanks melee the mob.

 

Remember that once this mob has agro on you it will not give up until you or it is dead.  It will follow you all the way back to the Haven and the guards will not kill it.
